Lovely Urban Retreat - Budapest

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, good facilities and clean modern apartment right in the center of BP. Good heating, and well insulated windows.

A bit of noise from drunk tourists the streets but that’s the price to pay for being in such a central location.

Everything was perfect. It was clean and warm, close to the center and even though it is located near a crowded street, we had peace and silence. We will definitely come back.

Next day after I checked in, the manager called me saying the owner wants to come and check inside the apartment.

The location is very central.

(1) incredibly inconvenient payment system - instead of having it automated, they expect you to transfer money directly into their bank account a day or two before arriving (2) the couch in the living room area is incredibly uncomfortable - basically, you cannot sit there without developing backache (3) we stayed for 3 nights, and EACH NIGHT we could not sleep because outside the door, presumably from another rental property, there were people making noise, smoking, and generally being rowdy.

Some coffee sachets and milk would have been good. Also it needed a coffee machine
