"High quality accommodation in a quiet area of Colombo"

Excellent, clean, spacious and helpful staff. The accommodation is in a local quiet neighbourhood but well connected by bus to and from central Colombo. The bus stop is a 7 to 10 minutes walk, the ATM cash machine is within minutes walk. I liked my stay and hopefully will be back soon. Highly recommended.

"Nice room but bad wifi"

Great room. Comfortable. Nice large shared spaces.

Wifi was not great. Not consistent. In and out often. They need to invest more in that to make it worthwhile for travellers. Location isn't ideal with no good food places close by and hard to get a street tuk in the area.

The security guard is too rude but the care Mr Bhandari is very co operative. Probably one or two shelves to store the clothes.

Area is pretty dangerous with men openly asking money for alcohol from tourists.
