Scenic Haven Warm, ethnic charm

Fabulous views in a convenient location for Wellington. Spacious.

The apartment is tired and needs work. A kitchen refit would help. It was superficially but not deeply clean. Rust in bath. External furniture rusty and unusable. The BBQ is disgraceful and unusable.

The property was a good size, well laid out with plenty of space for two couples. It was in a good location and easy to get the bus into Wellington. The view over the bay was amazing.

The property was not well maintained and not cleaned properly, especially drawers and shelves in the kitchen & bathroom cabinets. The barbecue was rusty and unsafe to use. Some of the outside furniture was also rusty and/or broken. There were wet towels left in the washing machine. This property has the potential to be really special but needs some TLC.

Clean accommodation. Great location for wellington city.

Parking could be difficult for larger vehicles at the property.
