Perfect slot in Alicante with access to San Juan beach, connected to the center with public transportation, full of nearby restaurants & shops. The flat has literally everything you need for a comfortable holiday stay & a lovely host, Luz, is happy to help you any moment you need her. Comparing to what you can have for this price in the city center, this place is so much better option!

"Un gran acierto"

La cama es muy cómoda, el loft tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días espectaculares, la piscina es grande y está cuidada , las zonas comunes están muy bien, muy cerca de la zona de ocio y de zona comercial muy cerca de la playa también.

El poco respeto de los anteriores inquilinos, nos encontramos la cama rota y una persiana tambien, la anfitriona nos avisó y nos pidió disculpas anticipadas. Que poco se preocupa la gente por lo que nones suyo.

"Great location and good apartment"

Its location is great - not far from the beach, bars and restaurants.

The fact it was a studio. If you look carefully you can tell it’s a studio but when it says 1 bedroom you assume it has a separate room.
