"Not worth it"

2.0

In fairness, the host warned me of the broken toilet seat and asked me to wait until 9 pm before I could arrive at the property while she cleaned it, none of which I had a problem with. But the heating didn't work, the common areas resembled a building site and, despite the fully equipped kitchen, there was nowhere to sit down and eat.

Call me old-fashioned, but I kind of like glasses made of glass, rather than plastic; I was surprised to be told later that my movements had been monitored on CCTV. As a business owner myself, I would advise that rather than trying to micro-manage feedback, a better strategy might be to simply provide a good service in the first place.
