Le lieux est parfait pour des vacances paisibles et calmes. La villa est très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Le complexe est très beau et la piscine (intérieure comme commune) étaient propres et agréables. Le personnel est avenant et chaleureux, que ce soit les personnes à l’accueil, ceux de la golfette ou les hôtes.

Penser à être motorisée pour venir

Très belle maison spacieuse propre et très très fonctionnelle. La piscine chauffe est un vrai +, nous avons quand même pu nous baigner malgres le mois de Janvier. Notre hôte est très à l’écoute et très disponible je reviendrais avec plaisir.

Privacy was excellent, outdoor space very generous and the villa had everything you need for self catering. Quality fixtures and fittings on the whole. The complex has central car parking so the area the villas are in is car free making it very peaceful indeed. Air con in every room and electric shutters made the stay very comfortable. The complex is totally secure with 24/7 security on the access gate and is located I between Agadir and Taroudant. Day trips are easy to do. Hot water a plenty, never showed a sign of running out. The pictures actually don't do the villa justice!

Dishwasher doesn't function correctly, but I'm sure an easy fix, and overhead shower head may need replacing. Dyar shemsi website says there is a shop and cafe on site as well as a gym and tennis courts. There is no shop or cafe (some days there was a pop up but not every day), the gym has shut and the tennis court is not maintained and dangerous. The complex seems to be shutting down facilities wise (fountains empty etc), however this does not affect the villa itself in any way and is not associated with the villa operation. Not an issue for us, but a car is imperative, shops and markets in oulad teima are c. 20 min drive away but have everything you need food wise.(Butchers, bakers, patisseries, fruit, veg, small supermarkets)
