It is not a B&B. Booking.com with whom I spend a lot of money should make that clear. If you are happy to stay with a young family in a house share, you will not find a nicer couple to stay with.

GBGBGBSmall cosy room. Comfy bed and not far from shops. Host was lovely. She was very patient with me arriving and made sure I was comfortable. Room was clean, good quality linen and priced at a great price close to transport links.
For the price given on a Saturday night, I couldn’t fault anything 😁
