Beachside Patio Apartment - AC in ALL rooms

L'appartement est spacieux et confortable, notamment la literie qui est parfaite ! La climatisation est un véritable confort pour les fortes chaleurs d'été. L'appartement est frais et reste frais ! Vous y trouverez tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de bonne vacances. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible si besoin et d'une très grande gentillesse. Merci Carlos

L'appartement donne directement sur rue, notamment les 2 chambres qui reste sensible aux bruits extérieurs. Les fenêtres des chambres sont peut-être à changer pour une meilleure insonorisation et un meilleur sommeil au calme.

The house was super clean and the areas are large and comfortable, for me the private rear patio is the best room in the house, I have to say, even though it was a warm week 38C+ if the windows are closed where the sun is heating, the inside of the house does;t get too hot. In general, I was very pleased with the apartment. The host was very friendly and quickly answered any questions.

I liked the property a lot, but I was there during the Summer festival "Sumol Summer Fest" which is 500 meters away from the house, so it was a bit noisy, In defense of the host I have to say I was there during a hectic weekend and also the locals complain of the noise. I can't tell if there is noise from the cars on the road since the traffic on this street was closed, but I could hear people passing on the street, so I think the windows should be improved regarding the noise, they are double glassed but the frames are not soundproof window frames.
