GBIt was clean and quiet and the location was perfect for us.
There wasn’t any blinds or curtains up at the window along the passageway. An upright ironing board would be helpful, there was a small table top board to use but it is not suitable.

Bed too soft no mattress protector on the bed, pillow only one per person not a full ironing board avail change all of that and it would be great
GBGood location, reasonable accommodation. Staff that we met were nice.
We had asked for a garden with the accommodation as we had a dog with us. We were given an upstairs apartment with no garden access.
GBFree parking in a residential area that it is difficult to park in. The flat is comfortable with nice furnishings and really convenient to visit family nearby. Being pet friendly was our priority too.
It was very hot weather and the drainage smelled a bit in the bathroom but that did not detract from our stay

I didn’t like that they had a ring doorbell which I felt was intrusive of your coming and going’s. I also didn’t like the fact that it hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was dirty towels in the bathroom floor and no clean towels. The fridge also had left over food in and the bins hadn’t been emptied and was full to the top. I contacted the property several times but a month in iv STILL not had any feedback. There was also a rocking chair which was broken and had plugs and screws hanging out of it which I considered dangerous as my 70year old mother could of sat on it and injured herself glad I spotted it before anyone sat on it.

There were a few small problems like the tv and the hot water but we received no response from the proprietor when we asked questions ! The tv wasn’t working on terrestrial tv for the whole 10 days ! I sent a message but it was ignored !
GBGreat location, clean and comfortable the owner was very accommodating.
Needed a few more towels.
