Villa Serenity Spilia 1st floor

Casa meravigliosa con vista stupenda. È stata un'esperienza fantastica soggiornare nella villa. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ci ha aiutato in tutto. Appartamento grande, spazioso e molto confortevole, con una vista meravigliosa e tanto spazio. Consigliato per gruppi di amici e famiglie che soggiornano sull'isola. Tranquillità dei dintorni della villa. Per arrivare al centro è necessario l'auto perché la strada è in salita, ma per noi non è stato un problema

It was a great experience staying at the villa. We can say many good things about the location, size of the house, wifi - but more than anything the host was very nice and helped us with everything, and we were very impressed with how clean the place was. Highly recommended for friends and families staying at the island.

The view is gorgeous and the house was very clean and nice.

It wasn’t walkable too much of anything.

We liked everything, the hosts were very nice and ready to help if necessary. The villa is located on a hill between Lassi and Argostoli town. It's 15-20 min. on foot and 5 min. by car to beautiful Makris beach. The apartment is the whole upper floor, cozy and spacious with well-equipped kitchen(everything for cooking) and beautiful view from the balcony. It was lovely to be woken up by the sound of bells on grazing goats outside the windows:)

It was hard to use the toilet flush button, the wi-fi is weak in rooms far from the living room. But these are just minor details and overall everything was great

Beautiful views. Gated entry that backs on main road. 1 of 2 apartments fully furnished apartment. Parking on site. Full kitchen facilities including pots, pans and all utensils. Kitchen also had oil, herbs and spices, paper towels, sponges cleaning etc. everything you need. Bathroom includes all cleaning products and Washing machine with clothes rack. Living room with couches and tv. 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 single beds), all with air con and fly screens. Everything for a family. Away from the busy main town with a short 6-8 min drive and less than 20min walk. I would recommend a car

Kids wanted a proper toaster but they had a sandwich maker toaster and a grill of the oven, so no problem for us. The furniture was a little old fashion in style but all in excellent working condition. It added to the authenticity of a yiayia’s house. We loved it.

We liked everything there: the location - very good to explore the island every day at a different beach, the surrounding - the rooster from the nearby farm, the view with the bay and the mountains, the facilities, the host was very helpful.

We were aware of this that when you are with two kids you need a car to go to the beach, to the grocery or to have dinner, otherwise it is a 20 - 30 min walk to all of the above. In the first night we tried that too, but after that we went by car and that was fine for us.
