La ubicación y que es espacioso

Que la puerta de la entrada se oye mucho porque está pegada y nada más entrar está muy empinado habría que avisar o alguien se puede lesionar.

Un coqueto apartamento fiel a las fotos, con buenísima ubicación y zona tranquila. A pesar de ser semisótano, no daba la sensación, buena luz. Calefactores para el frío de invierno. Coqueto y cómodo. Volvería a reservarlo.
