How close everything was, friendly staff and the villa is very stunning with house keepers making sure you are happy with rooms

Only thing would say is the main pool down stairs doesn’t get the sun and pool is cold

Very nice accommodations, multiple areas to hang out and love the open air rooftop pool/ lounge. Also, close to the beach - 5 minute walk to the beach, so many good surf breaks nearby. About a 10 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants on Pererenan strip. Super safe location

That we had to leave to come home - we would love to have stayed another week or two!

Nice view, with rooftop, spacious The plugs in rooms were universal plug, a big applause for this. Near to yoga studios and beautiful cafe.

Cleanliness can be improved more, the pool were not clean and we dared not to use it. Also, some door locks were not functioning, bit concerned for safety. Water pressure can be improved for the shower, took longer time for hair washing

Loved both pools, the kitchen, the roof top as well as the size and privacy of the property

Unfortunately two of the bathrooms plumbing had issues and the rooms had significant odours due to this. The staff did an amazing job trying to fix this though.

Absolutely stunning villa with everything you could possibly want or need

The property itself is very beautiful. Nice views and very spacious and comfortable. Soma who is housekeeping did an amazing job and had very good service.

Only thing I didn’t like was that there was no hot water in outside bedroom for shower.

Beautiful comfortable villa in a lovely quiet location near to the beach and an easy walk into Pererenan. Amazing helpful staff especially Gede and Soma. Brilliant breakfast cafe next door. Loved the sunsets from the rooftop terrace. Treated ourselves to massages at the villa and they were wonderful.

The rooftop pool pump and fire pit didn’t work. Staff say they are going to fix these and other little issues and then it will be perfect!
