Mint & Modern Refreshing Escape

Location was good for soccer match. Near supermarket and some eateries.

Check in was terrible, leaving us waiting on the streets with luggage past check in time. Communication was lacking and very slow/delayed, making holiday travel so stressful. Inaccurate info about lift in the apartment - lift goes to 8floor. Apt is on 9floor. No info was given that we had to use stairwell and climb 2 flights of steps. Wasted so much time searching. Apt had faulty freezer and washing machine, no help was given. Paid for 5 pax but towels/bedding/cutlery/etc made out for 4pax only. 1/3 toilet roll (not even one full roll) was provided. No toilet floor towels, not kitchen towels. Overall very basic provisions and tight for 5pax. Living room bed was a very cheap bed with bad springs. Sofa bed doesn’t come with a pillow or sheets. It’s a felt sofa with a lot of other people’s hair stuck on it. They had a long list of do’s/dont’s but they didn’t keep themselves in check to that high a standard themselves.

Just a minor thing. There could have been more kitchen crockery (there were 4 of us and we had to share bowls).

had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean and in a great location, making it convenient for everything we wanted to do. My family and I had an amazing time. The host was very efficient and always quick to respond to any queries we had, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!.The guidebook provided was incredibly useful! The recommended food spots and places to visit were absolutely on point and added so much to our experience.
