There was nothing wrong

DEWunderschöne Wohnung, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Mega Aussicht. Sehe bequeme Betten. Küche gut ausgestattet, wenn es nur grad so für 2 Personen ausgereicht hat. Sehr sauber. Ruhig.
Alles gut. Mann muss nur wissen, dass Warmwasser nur für eine Badewanne ausreicht, danach muss man 2, 3 Stunden warten bis das Wasser wirklich heiß wird.
GBThe location was perfect. Amazing view. 5 minute walk to the centre of Melleiha. The apartment is Huge with plenty of space light and convenience. Way bigger than the pics that dont do it justice. With ensuite on every bedroom. Parking was a bit difficult to find in the evening. You have to park a few minutes away in the streets. But it is super safe and did not put us off. Overlooks a highway but the noise is minimum. No noise at night whatsoever. More plates and utensils would be better in the kitchen. Bathrooms had shampoo body wash etc. Huge wardrobes. Does need a new iron but these are minor things.
There was nothing not to like. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Everything! To mention just a few… the outdoor furniture was dirty and damaged beyond repair. The BBQ was rusty and had not been cleaned. The parasol was filthy and full of holes. Indoor furniture was all stained and in need of a deep clean or replacement. A hole in the wall that went to the outside was stuffed with a towel. There were exposed wires, a toilet seat missing, an out of date carton of milk in the fridge upon arrival, an unclean dog kennel and dirty towels in a basket on rear balcony. We did not end up staying at the property! The owners refused to give us a refund despite detailing why we were unhappy and providing clear evidence. Despite sending all the pictures and video evidence to Booking.com they did next to nothing to help and said that we had to sort it out with the owners, who as described were in denial that there was any reason to be unhappy with the property. As a gesture of goodwill, Booking.com offered us a 100 Euros! We had paid over 1800 Euros for this property that is clearly falsely advertised. The property is also located quite poorly, with little access to parking that doesn’t require a fair bit of walking, and is located directly above a main road so the traffic noise is unavoidable. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
