The bed

Everything else tv doesn't work shower doesn't work well the host in unresponsive and sent the information later than usual just a nightmare skip this one.

"SCAM"

How can I share what I like about this property? I wasn't able to check-in because the owner became suddenly unresponsive and out of reach!

I booked an overnight stay with them and paid through credit card. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to check-in on my booking date because I was sick and had to stay longer in my hometown so I informed the owner days before the stay date. I asked if it was possible to change dates. At first, owner was responsive in text messages (did not even reply through Booking.com chat) but said the date I inquired was unavailable. Then I asked for other available dates, it was then that owner no longer responded. Now came the day of my reservation. I, again, texted owner about check-in procedures (what to do etc) because I will just have someone else use the PAID room on my behalf. NO RESPONSE. When I tried to call owner, the mobile number had become out of coverage. It seems that it was intentionally deactivated. Until this day, the number can no longer be reached. I asked for help from Booking.com Customer Service if I could have my payment refunded since I wasn't able to consume my stay and this is clearly a case of scamming. (Lots of cases like this happens in the Philippines where you book a condo unit and pay for it but owner is unheard of) Customer Service is also of no help since rep just repeatedly tells me the same answers -- that the owner hasn't responded so they are unable to do anything with my booking AND THAT IF I WANT, I can contact owner directly. Like HOW MANY TIMES must I tell you that the unit owner is unresponsive! DO NOT BOOK HERE. Mobile number provided is out of reach! Owner doesn't respond through Booking.com chat either!
