Sunset Bay Beach House in Tywyn

The house was lovely just a few little things let it down the view was fantastic

Location, layout, the balcony from the large living room. Lovely village by the sea at the end of a valley.

Layout was very spacious. We'll equipped. Location excellent with great views. Off street parking.

Room with bunk beds really only suitable for children.

Been there before so knew the layout etc

No WiFi. Rude neighbours, dirty. Pool table with no tips. No key for front (beach facing) door

It wasn't cleaned properly. With sand and glitter on the table in the bedroom. Human hairs on the carpet. Pet hair on the throw.

The house was perfectly clean and the view was beautiful.

Arriving to find the patio glass broken a email warning us would have been appreciated we were picking up pieces of glass all of our stay not good with no one wearing shoes also the arm on the settee was broken a note to tell us so that we know you were aware it looked beautiful but when you looked properly the dust behind radiators were really bad also on tops of wardrobes and behind the beds not just a bit of dust it must have been there some time l didn't feel welcome by the tone used in instructions they could have been worded better and spelling mistakes corrected only small things but it does matter l would recommend this property to family and friends and would come again
