"Excellent centrally located apartment."

We’ve stayed at this property before but it’s had an upgrade since. It’s centrally located right next to the local market with many supermarkets nearby. It’s only 5 minutes to the beach and I swam every day. Wonderfully clean and very quiet. There’s a great local cafe/restaurant on the main road opposite the market. The local life on the streets is wonderful. I can highly recommend this apartment and the town of Santa Cruz! All my messages to Tendal Hosting were answered promptly. And a good view from the balcony. We will be back!

"Apartament cèntric i còmode."

L’apartament és molt cèntric i a prop de tot.

Com a coses per millorar: disposar de taces més grans per poder esmorçar amb un bon café amb llet, un ganivet per al pa i ganivets que tallen una mica més. Revisar la pressió de l’aigua de la dutxa i la regulació de la temperatura(la nostra estada va coincidir amb unes obres al carrer). Per a estades llargues, si tingués una rentadora, seria fantàstic.

Die Unterkunft bzw die Wohnung war gut, aber bei Booking.com völlig falsch als Ferienhaus eingeordnet. Tatsächlich ist es eine Wohnung im 5. Stock eines 7stöckigen Mietshauses. Selbst die Mieter dort wussten nicht Bescheid.Tendal Hosting war dort völlig unbekannt.

"Algunos inconvenientes"

La ubicación.

No hay buena zona de aparcamiento. El apartamento tampoco nos resultó del todo cómodo, en base a las fotografías esperábamos algo más. No había una estancia a modo de salón donde puedas pasar tiempo cómodamente, lo cuál para nosotros era importante. Los canales de las televisiones no estaban bien configurados y no se veían. Hablamos con el dueño del inmueble y finalmente no tuvimos una solución... Respecto al edificio es un bloque viejo de viviendas y aparecieron cucarachas en el portal que estuvieron ahí muertas toda la semana que estuvimos.
