"I was scammed"

The property and location were great

The owners have not returned the refundable deposit despite the fact that the property was left in pristine condition. We even took the trouble to report the dripping tap in the kitchen. I have been unable to contact them on the email they were using and have had no response from booking .com

Location was very good, everything you needed was around you and was really accessible. Lovely nature walk very close by also! The apartment itself was very clean and provided everything you needed. Very reasonable for the price of the apartment also!

Upon arrival there was only one toilet roll for the duration of 4 days. The back door in which you can enter the apartment doesn't appear to lock which seems unsafe as anyone could enter the building at any given time. Only 2 shower towels where provided and the other towel was a hand towel for the bathroom. I understand that you can do your own washing etc however, only 1 towel per person isn't very convenient.
