High Rise Apartment with a view

Did not receive the lockbox code from the owner so could not check in. Two days later and still no reply from the owner or booking.com!

Beware. Owner is a scammer. He never give the lockbox code until the end. The neighbour said the unit have been sold last year. You can find previous renter experience sama thing like me esp start in 2025 but booking.com didnt take action. I have spend more money finding other place in the rushing time.

I would strongly advise against booking this apartment. Upon arrival, we were not provided with the lockbox code, leaving us unable to access the property. Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner via phone and messages, we received no response whatsoever. We were left stranded without accommodation and had to scramble to find another place to stay at the very last minute—an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this listing if you want peace of mind while traveling.

It’s in good location. Very clean, spacious. You can cook. There is huge TV but we didn’t know and no time to use it.

Huge appartment on the top floor with comfy beds, got the last minute deal, which was great. The Perlan museum is just a few min walking

Kind of too posh - felt a bit awkward :) the area has a lot of traffic, far from city center. Great private parking.

Outstanding apartment, with very nice views over Reykjavik. Spacious, comfortable and very well equipped (TV, dishwasher...). The location is not very centric but this was not a problem for us, it is not far from the city center and the host provided us with private parking.

Cleanliness was correct in general but could be improved, especially the kitchen and its equipment (oven, magnetron...)

The property is spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable. It is also centrally located in the city.

We had some minor issues with check-in and with the Wi-Fi, but the owner was very responsive and got everything up and going for us! Would definitely recommend that and would definitely stay again.
