Right on beach and close to restaurants and historic area. Very friendly staff.

Room had extremely strong smell from cleaning products and floor very tacky.

"escaped ice storm in NC, explored Amelia Island, walked the beach."

The location was great, central to the Island and at the ocean. Parking easy.

No microwave or teapots to heat water. Very closed in. There are more expensive rooms with view of ocean and microwave . I was traveling economy. Seems it is due to old building and electrical capabilities .. so worked around it using office microwave 8 AM-10 PM

"Cute charming beach motel"

The location is perfect. The bed was comfy. Temp in room was great.

The room is a bit dated and could use some newer furnishings.Bathroom door squealed loudly. Lighting in bathroom needed updating. . The toilet roll holder was rusty.
