"Excellent garden villa near Alghero town"

Good location with close driving distance to Alghero, well furnished inside and garden area is excellent

Neighbours can be heard through the adjoining walls either side of the property. Didn’t bother us hugely but is noticeable

Amazing views over Capo Caccia, both from the garden and the rooftop. The perfect place to enjoy a glass of Vermentino while watching the sun set over Alghero's bay. The pool was beautiful and quiet, and was very much appreciated by the children. The people managing the property are truly wonderful, extremely helpful and friendly. The beds and more generally everything was very comfortable (perhaps except for the kitchen which is tight, but we are told this might change in the future). The air conditioning functioned very well and was quiet.

Occasional noise from some of the neighbours (there are some on both sides of the house). Otherwise very quiet and peaceful. Kitchen was really quite tight (but we are told it will be redone in the near future and will be made bigger).
