Service Accommodation 2 Bed Room apartment in Newport South Wales Near Celtic Manor ICC Wales

Not much to like.

Too cramped for a family of 5. Owner should not advertised this apartment to accommodate more than 3 persons. Broken oven so food preparation was long. They said No Pets in the property but we were hearing birds in the apartment down stairs.

the place was small, the cooker door is broken and the glass keeps falling off Everytime you open it. they obviously don't clean. the cooker needed cleaning as it smelt burnt when I turned it on. this is because something has split on the base. the oven tray needed washing too. under the bed was a pair of socks and a empty bottle of volvic water and scratch card as well a two other bits of rubbish. the bathroom window also needed fixing. you have to slam it about 10 times or more to close it. personaly I felt I wasted my money. the carpet has iron burns....shall I go on?

convenient to where I was working in Newport.

I was not impressed to find out that one of the bedrooms doubled as the living room. Thought the keyboard in the bedroom was unnecessary furniture that is unlikely to be used by guests. the wardrobes and cupboards were full of clothing etc. Almost as if someone had moved out temporarily.

Everything I didn’t feel safe at all I was watched from getting out of my car to going into the property I left and went home which meant I traveled for 8hrs in total after a days work - disappointing to say the least and I require a refund
