Lovely quiet older villa, reasonably close to the centre of Calpe, within 15mins walking distance. Surrounded by a nice mature and well maintained garden.

Room layout isn't particularly clear in the description, as this is two separate apartments, which is fairly common in Calpe. The upper apartment has an external entrance, but is also accessed from one of the bedrooms of the lower apartment. Bathrooms are tiny, but again perfectly functional. Return of paid cash deposit wasn't immediate and did take some chasing - but came through without issue in the end.
