Haven - Uptown/Airport Corridor

Location

Had a very steep driveway which made it difficult for my 89 year old mother in law get out of the car. There was no access to the garage, which would have made getting into the house much easier.

Overall the home was wonderful. Great location and great communication from the host. I would definitely stay here again.

The only issue was the air conditioning didn’t seem to keep the master bedroom cool

This place was very nice. It was comfortable and clean and accommodating.

It was cold outside and the temp in the place kept dropping. We could not maintain a comfortable Tempt.

I’ve stayed here for a good couple of days and I will say that this place is very comfortable, quiet, the area that your in is very acceptable due to you being around a lot of places. Your close to Northlake mall, a couple minutes away from Frankie”s, SouthPark, pineville and others areas in Charlotte are a decent drive from and to the house! The master bed is very comfortable, the backyard is a decent size for families to play and run around. The kitchen is well taken care of, dishwasher works quietly and perfect. TVs, couch and fans were wonderful and I will say this place encourages families to spend some quality time together. Will recommend for anyone that’s looking for a quiet place as also a comfortable place to rest your head.

After sleeping on the other beds for the past couple days. The mattresses did give a little of back pain and an ache in the morning. If the mattresses in the twin bedrooms were softer and more inviting to sleep on, that would top the cake in the rooms. Also, I did kinda have a problem about one room not having a tv, but as far as the other rooms having tvs it was acceptable and we have made it work. The water pressure as far as the hot water can be increased a tad bit as it does get cold in less then 20 minutes. For people who take longer showers, the water does get cold at a certain time. Which I understand but I do believe if someone is staying at the place, the water should stay hot for a longer time. OVERALL: This place does give a nice warmth to people looking for a decent place to stay at a budget price.
