Um pouco de pó no piso. Ficou um pouco de cheiro no ambiente apesar de ligarmos o depurador de ar. O sofá-cama quando aberto ocupa quase toda a sala. Apesar de ter cafeteira, não oferecem cápsulas para café. Tinha apenas sal, então se quiser cozinhar, tem que comprar óleo, temperos,...

Modern apartment. Ikea style.

Key pick up. The keys were in lock box at a different location, about 5 minutes walk. With luggage is a mess. Bad Comunication; we arrived on a Friday afternoon. Our A/C was not working properly as well as our Internet. The internet was fixed for lunch on Saturday, when it could have been solved by a simple visit as they had changed the routers in our room, but failed to mention it in the welcome package. AC never got solved, had to tweak it to survive.

The location was really good. It is literally within 5 min walk into old town Como. Near shopping, restaurants and the water.

The air conditioning on the apartment was kept at 24 C. (75 F). You could not lower it anymore. And the air conditioning would stay on for about an hour and then shut off. We could hardly sleep at night because of how warm it was. You also cant open the windows because of the exterior metal shutters. We complained with myhomeincomo management and they sent 2 different people but they also did not know how to lower the temp of the air-conditioning. The apartment and location was really good but would not stay there during the summer.

Everything is cumbersome - installing a smart home app, operating an air conditioner that stops, that doesn't drop below 24 degrees, installing wifi, unpleasant hosts (I asked about the TV, they promised an answer and haven't gotten back yet), in the shower the soap/shampoo is on the floor because there's no place to put it.

The Airbnb was clean and modern - which made for a very comfortable stay! The location could not have been better - right in the center of everything, yet separated into a street for quiet and calm. The hosts were also very hospitable and met us at the train station for a quick ID check, giving us suggestions on how to get to the Airbnb (an easy 10min walk from the train). Thanks again for a great stay! :)

Absolutely amazing accommodation! Nic was super helpful. The apartment is beautiful, clean and waking distance from the train station and centre of Como. Will go back anytime

It was very clean and appears to be recently updated because everything looks and functions like new. The shower is especially nice and the bed is very comfortable. The shutters can make the flat completely dark. There’s no view but the location is great- a short walk to the lake and to many fantastic restaurants as well as a lovely wine bar. And being set back means it’s nice and quiet. The hosts are extremely responsive either through Booking app or WhatsApp.

Unable to manage heating or cooling. Recommend to have someone meet you at the apartment when checking in - the place where we picked up our keys is not close.

New, clean, comfortable, well located. Easy communication with the host.

We needed to call the host to regulate the water heating system. It was something simple, apparently the temperature was left too low and would not heat the water. We were promptly attended and the problem was solved within half a day. We would just recommend attention of the hosts to test this before the arrival of guests, to ensure the highest review for this property that is just perfect.
