Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property is perfectly located right by the lake, giving us stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was definitely the pool spa. My son had endless fun swimming while I, relaxing overlooking the lake. It was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation for the whole family. Our hosts were welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure everything was ready for our arrival. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the little touches. We would highly recommend this lakeside gem to anyone visiting Rotorua and would love to come back again in the future!

An absolutely stunning spot! Loved the ease of the coded door. Phenomenal amount of plates, cutlery etc it was great! The Alexa, hot tub and fire pit were all hits with the kids!

I couldn't figure out how to turn the oven on. The barbeque was average because the drip tray was dirty (coming from the man who used it, not me haha). Could have used a dryer for our togs.

No words to express how happy I was to stay in this calm and beautiful house. Very elegantly decorated but cosy at the same time. The lake front is just amazing to gaze at. Self entry instructions were on point. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds with heated mattresses all added up to a comfortable stay. Would surely recommend to anyone visiting or passing by Rotorua.

Lakeside location and view were excellent.

Took me a while to get the heat pump to work probably, but that’s probably me rather than it.

We loved everything about this spot! Great house, great facilities. The morning sunrise spa was top notch!!

It didn’t really affect us at all, and didn’t notice until we popped the rubbish out, but the rubbish needed to head to the curb. It was a bit ripe

It was a lovely surprise to have breakfast foods supplied

Because the robotic lawnmower was in action periodically, and the grass was damp, there were grass clippings on the lawn which we were constantly having to brush off our feet before re-entering the house. This proved difficult especially for the children.
