The room was very dirty and very neglected. Not only did it smell damp and there was a lot of moisture on the walls, but the sheets, pillows, and towels were not white in color and had been poorly washed. The pillows smelled so bad that I couldn't use them. I had to sleep without a pillow and slept inside my sleeping bag, since it felt like someone had slept there before me, since the bathroom was still wet, as if it had been used before me.

Falta limpieza y mantenimiento pero creo que es algo general en muchos lugares en Bali

La climatisation en fin de course qui ne fait plus de froid et la loterie hors d’âge. L’hôtel a vécu et les équipements n’ont pas été renouvelés. Cela se ressent.

The monkey is playing in the garden. Very quiet in the evening. Clean and comfortable room. Staff are very friendly and helpful

The location is really good, it located in the center of ubud and easy to walk around

Need some improvement in cleanliness. Found some hair in bathtub. The bed is squeaking as well. Maybe maintenance need to be schedule for it.
