Bedroom and bathroom clean

I book Premium double room with balcony with a courtyard view. The balcony had 2 washing machines ,4 air-conditioning monitors, and all the lines clothes hanging from the balcony, the view was a carpark. They didn't send me the passwords to go inside the building and room after I wait outside for half an hour. The towels are very discasting hard like cardboard

- it was clean - it was central - it had AC - easy self check-in

- the toilet seat kept sliding - the shower pressure was so powerful it hurts your skin - the nightstands and electrical sockets are too far away from the bed, if you want to charge your phone you have to leave it on the nightstand and cannot use it - the towels were harsh

Dirty and the lock to room didnt work, was open all the time. You can open the door when you press the door bell. They promised to refund one night but didnt keep the promise. Not people to trust.

Great location, easy to access, nice building.

The air conditioning was really noisy and the bathroom towels could be renewed.
