Έλλειψη καθαριότητας, μικρό μπάνιο, ελλιπής φωτισμός, χαλασμένη κουρτίνα

Το κατάλυμα ως χώρος ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο, καθαρό και σε καλή τοποθεσία.

Ωστόσο, υπήρξε ξεκάθαρη παραπλάνηση σχετικά με το πάρκινγκ. Στην καταχώρηση δινόταν η εντύπωση ότι υπήρχε διαθέσιμος χώρος στάθμευσης, κάτι που τελικά δεν ίσχυε. Παρά τις επανειλημμένες ερωτήσεις, ο ιδιοκτήτης απέφυγε να δώσει σαφή απάντηση, γεγονός που μας άφησε εκτεθειμένους και δημιούργησε περιττή ταλαιπωρία. Η εμπειρία αυτή επηρέασε αρνητικά τη συνολική μας διαμονή. Θεωρώ απαράδεκτο να μην παρέχονται ακριβείς πληροφορίες, ειδικά όταν πρόκειται για βασικές παροχές.

Great location for grabbing food and shopping in Bari. There was magically a loading and unloading little space near the door we were able to use with our rented car to unload and load our car during check in and check out. There was also a safe parking lot a few blocks away that we used to park our rental car. Easy! In the evening we walked to a more local pizzeria that was welcoming to our group; Da Donato. Da Donato Pizzeria was very delicious, with large portions and the most variety of Pizza I think I have ever seen on a menu. Go hungry! The wine selection was also very nice and large pours of wine. Family run spot with many locals and big following. Worth the walk- We tried 2 other pizzerias I'd wanted to try on my last trip but couldn't.. tried again this trip with attempting formal reservations on phone and in person and we were hung up on and turned away- glad fate took over and allowed us to go to Da Donato!

Would ask that the host announce that the space is a smoking friendly home as it was very smokey. Just would like the heads up so it was not a surprise. There was also construction starting before 7am the morning we were there which was only okay as we were there for one night. If we had a longer stay, we probably would have wanted to move apartments to be able to sleep longer.

Facilità self check in, camere grandi

Molto spartana. Non ci sono appendiabiti, nè in camera né in bagno per gli asciugamani. Assenti anche armadi e grucce. Condizionatore puntato sul letto, senza modalità sleep, quindi praticamente inutilizzabile per tutta notte perché ci si congela. Balcone inutile che dà su un agglomerato di balconi interni piuttosto fatiscenti e macchine dei condizionatori (rumorose). Non sono presenti tapparelle, nè veneziane, solo tende, quindi la mattina entra subito la luce.

Balkone įtaisyta skalbimo mašina, kuri dienomis burzgė maždaug 2m nuo galvos. Naktimis burzgė oro kondicionieriai, įtaisyti prie sienų tame pačiame balkone, nuo kuriių veikimo drebėjo ir vibravo seni langai. Triušmo lygis buvo neapsakomas, miegoti neįmanoma. Niekam nerekomenduoju

O quarto, apesar de quádruplo, tem apenas 1 banheiro e você só consegue acessar passando por dentro de um dos quartos. O blackout estava pendurado, as argolas estavam soltas. Importante se atentar a esses pontos antes de reservar.
