Entrano in casa quando non ci sei senza preavviso. Ho lasciato la struttura appena mi sono accorto che sono entrati in casa senza avvisarmi e negando il tutto quando ho reclamato

"An excellent location spoiled by the lack of expertise of the staff."

The location was good. The host’s contact was late, did not provide keys to the parking nor point out any of the facilities which we had to discover for ourselves. The ventilator panel above the gas hob fell off in my hands, so there was no extractor for the gas fumes. Boiling water for tea required the gas as there was no electric kettle.

A thorough check-in would have made things far easier.

The location was excelent, close to a lot of restaurants and amenities. The beach was just opposite and it was a nice distance into town. The view from the flat was excellent and we had all the amenities except for airconditioning.

It was misleading to say that it had airconditioning. The aircon was a mobile unit that had no control or instructions. It was not set up and despite our best efforts it kept going to an error code. It was very hot weather and we suffered at night. Only one fan was provided. We sought assistance from the agent but were ignored. Our reqest for a second fan went unheaded, although he requested access for the owner to pick up a rusty chair! The support from the hosts just was not there. Glad we were not there longer and would hate to be there in August with really hot weather.

"Trani is a beautiful port town which the family is very familiar with but this apartment was the best one we have stayed"

It was well situated overlooking the sea with easy access to beaches and the town. 1The apartment was spacious and light with good balconies. Beds were comfortable with good storage space in the bedrooms. Having two toilets was also useful. Having private parking was a bonus. There were also useful facilities close by for food , drink and of course, gelato!

The shower could do with an upgrade as could the pillows on the beds. A programme of rubbish collection days would be helpful. The air conditioning only consisted of one portable unit and one fan rather than integrated air-con.
