Sparkling New 4Beds Family Home

The house was perfect size and location for us It had everything we needed and was easy to access

There was plenty of room for 6 people. The rooms were a good size.

Great location, very clean and owners were very good with communication and ensuring we had what we needed. Was great for the whole family .

Clean good size bedrooms lockable garage 2 en suite great location for getting into the city safe and secure and good kitchen

House rules a bit over the top but was clear exactly how you should look after and treat the place

Beautiful house, well laid out and modern. Beds were super comfortable and great having main bathroom plus 2 x ensuite rooms. Bonus toilet downstairs. Lacking in amenities but would stay again - would just bring more stuff!

A/C only downstairs that didn't cool upstairs - was so hot upstairs that we had to go and buy a fan for sleeping. Lacking in cutlery/plates/cups etc - not enough for the 6 people we had staying. No hand towels in bathrooms, had to buy toilet paper, dishwasher powder, kitchen sponges and brush, pegs etc. Also says 4 bedroom but there are only 3.

It’s an amazing property in a good location. The property is brand new and very clean. I would definitely stay there when I visit Auckland again.

There’s no cooling system upstairs and can’t leave the window open as bugs get in. There’s a split system downstairs but it doesn’t cool the rooms upstairs.

We loved the 2 bedrooms with ensuite, 3 bathrooms was perfect for our family of 5, even the spare toilet downstairs. the location of the home was perfect as im originally from grey lynn so i still remember how to get around. the beds were comfortable. towels, sheets, pillows perfect. I would love to book again next time we are back home. possibly march 2025 if available. Such a beautiful home. Neighbourhood is lovely. Close to the highways. I cant fault this place.
