Sandoz Vagator Goa

Rooms were very big and clean. Pool was super clean as well. The food in restaurant was delicious. The location was superb.

May be a personal terrace. But it was okay.

The property maintenance and swimming pool. The rooms are large and amenities are good. The kids enjoyed it a lot..

It would be good to have a door mat outside the washroom and outside the main door would be good. Instead of a sewing kit, a comb would be preferable

Incredible comfort in a super stylish room. Fun features like a ceiling mirror, transparent toilet window and funky chaise lounge are a nice touch. Definitely one of the more unique hotels I've stayed in. The bed - the most important part - was like sleeping on a cloud...best night's sleep in India

A more relaxed check out time would have been nice. Staff literally want you out at bang on 11am with a reminder call at 10.45 and another at 10.58. They were ready to frog march our bags out at 11.03. The telly doesn't connect to wifi either so it's a bit redundant.

Location is ok

The room was spacious... Basic facilities like laundry bag, room slippers were nt available..... They did not help with early checkin nt evn half an hour early.....

Availability of basic facilities..

A. Al a carte room food from Sandoz is the saving grace. Quite tasty, fullsome qty and well prepared ( fresh n hot).

A)The front desk lady needs lessons on customer handling ( courteousness, considerateness). B) hotel needs to rehaul their bedsheets, pillows, towels et al. It's all stained badly ( probably pre-covid eta stuff from old owners!). C) same goes with the washroom hardware. D) Need lessons on meaning of " hot water" on the shower. E) Food quality at breakfast. F) you get a room facing the pool , be prepared boisterous neighbors first timers in pool! Summary: Its saddening to see how place has declined from its inception But its always running full capacity. !
