Such an amazing and helpful host. The property is walking distance to the market and local restaurants. Photos do not do justice as the property is much bigger: very well equipped and roomy kitchen, good shower, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Communication was great from the moment we booked the place and the host went up and beyond to help with everything. My phone got stolen (while walking around the city) and the host did all one possibly could to help me find it and he miraculously found it, and put us back on track of enjoying the beautiful island. Thank you Roseman and family.

For travelers this is a perfect spot as the location is quiet but the centre is walkable. I am Dutch so I could use a bike (not for beginners). Rosemond and his wife are super hosts (as are the kids). The apartment is adjacent to their house but very quiet and well equiped. Rosemond had a simcard for me and EU sockets. The area is very quiet also but you are part of the local life. Much recommended as price quality is ok. Visit the local market, stock up with coconut water and have super meals their. Travelers paradise. With the bike Vigie beach is within reach but Rosemond can also bring you. I came in with a late ferry and I recommend a pick up from Rosemond.

Fabulous host and apartment. What a delight meeting Utirus. It's worth staying here just to meet him and his family. He has a genuine interest in his guests and will look after your every concern. We talked on all matter of subjects and I learnt a lot about Saint Lucia's history and customs. Great communication with Utirus in the lead up and very clear instructions on the ins and outs in the apartment on arrival. Easily the most affordable accommodation locally. The apartment has everything you need; fully self contained. Good air con, Netflix, comfy bed and pillows and a great shower. It's a 10 minute walk into the heart of Castries and a short walk to the large Massey supermarket.. Safe, interesting neighbourhood. Five minute drive to the Castries airport. But as always, the best establishments have the best owner/managers and here Utirus excels. Advice on what to do, good conversation and a top stay is guaranteed. Thanks for taking me to the airport and offering to do it for free.

I had an excellent stay in this accommodation! The location is ideal, close to everything you might need. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The host is very friendly, offers great advice, and will take the time to help you. I recommend this place for a pleasant, relaxing, and fun stay.

My husband Meguel and I, We loved the location, A+++++ It's in walking distance to the town .. the supermarket.. the bus stations if you need to head up north.. the market for some fruits and veggies etc.. the multiple access to stores.. food places.. It's really the "lip of the city". The owner, FLEX ROSEMOND, is very hospitable, kind, informative, generous, and quite helpful. He introduced us to some exciting flavors of seamoss, which was very interesting.. some great places to dine for exquisite tasty foods.. the pigeon island sites.. the cinema, beaches and some tasty boneless roti downtown.. The accommodation was exceptional.. It's spacious, neat, clean, and we felt like this was our actual home away from home.. Ask about his shuttle service.. he got you covered. We would definitely recommend everyone coming to St. Lucia for vacation to MULTIGEN: LIP OF THE CITY ESCAPE. Make those reservations, guys. You won't regret it. #Cruising Altitude 💙

The host are friendly and helpful. The location is in town near the bus route to the north of the island.The place is comfortable. Perfect place to stay at a reasonable price.
