Fantastic owner. We had had a challenging day. Having to book alternative accommodation at the last minute was stressful. But when we arrived the owner was waiting for us with a fridge full of water, a kind smile and helpful support.

the room was exellent, quiet, clean, a very nice shower and strong air conditioning. There was a good desk for working, and a good coffee shop a 7 minute walk away, and San Beneetto Market 15 minutes away. The host was unbelievably nice, he took me for an aperol spritz and dinner in the old town, and to Poetto beach. He also offered to take me to some other stunning beaches further south, but as I was working I couldn't go. The bed was excellent quality, and the room has shutters which block out light completely.

There's nothing that the host could have done better. I was looking for peace and quiet so the location was good. If you want to be close to the main restaurant area, it's a 25/30minute walk through the main shopping street.
