Central, well maintained apartment

There was no dishwasher machine, which is not inline with booking.com information Main bedroom toilet is broken, water keeps running Check in staff was rude, noted that if we want an additional set of keys we must call a number to organise, not helpful at all Check in staff noted that “check out at 10 means the keys need to be dropped off at 10, not leave the apartment at 10” Seems a bit unreasonable for me About 6hours after check out I was contacted about a broken head board. We left the place in an excellent manner and I do not appreciate false accusations

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday apartment. It was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family. We would happily recommend it to other families and would love to return.

Property was clean ,modern and in a very good location

We understand it’s self catering facility but the towel issue how can you improve it so it’s not used for the whole stay ? The iron is not clean it stained clothes.What about cleaning detergents since no house keeper passes by at least once

Toilet in main room was running all night and did not flush properly. Noise was very irritating trying to sleep Noisy neighbor Neighbor washing machine in garage running late into the night. Noise was very irritating while trying to sleep Broken washing line Dstv with decoder, but no dstv. Why even have a decoder running channel 100 only

Nothing at all

The staff is very amazing and accommodative all you need to do is communicate with them. The place and location is beautiful and a 3 minute walk from the beach.
