Being connected to the mall was great. Swimming pool area was nice.

Got a message a day before arriving (ie. too late to cancel) telling us to not mention Booking.com or AirBnB to reception. Upon arrival realised that this was a standard apartment building that probably has rules against apartments being sub-let, but the host company (Kozystay) were doing this anyway. Put us in an uncomfortable situation. Our kids even got asked by staff if we had booked via AirBnB... Also, zero instructions (and apparently facilities) to clear rubbish from the apartment.

Great location, easy access to a big shopping mall, good customer support and service

Old bathmat was left, hair in the wardrobe, bathtub area gets soaked after using the shower, multiple communication paths (WhatsApp, booking.com site, other specific web site) and difficult to track the communication
