The location is convenient, very near with shops since it was located near the mall. Distance to airport also not far. Staff response very good - fast response, good manner.

Unit in facilities is quite fair. One bed frame is not in good condition anymore - unstable, not even, making uncomfortable to sleep. The comforter doesn't meet expectation, the condition is very old. For the bathroom, got leak at the bidet making not comfortable to use.

Shopping mall...

Toilet bowl shaking...and also smells in room was so bad.... and water leaking @ spray gun Toilet....
