Beach Front Flat with Sea Views

Property itself had the right facilities.

The property wasn’t cleaned very well when we got there particularly the toilets and showers. After raising this with the renting agency, initially they said the property was clean and dismissed the photos clearly showing it wasn’t, later they offered to do extra cleaning but at a time that was inconvenient for us so we refused. We also encountered issues finding the property as the coordinates on their online check-in portal were wrong. Instructions about the check-in were unclear and were only resolved after phoning them twice.

Honestly it was more than we expected to be ! Appartment location , equipements, host and after sale assistance ..we made a nice choice 😊

Nothing to declare

Well modern equipped apartment. Lot of space, 2 bath rooms, possibility of sitting on the balcony with nice view. Host's care of our comfort. Beach was in walking distance without crossing any street.

The apartment building itself would need a little renovation. The garden and the fountain in the atrium are no longer functional. It might have been nice when it was new, but now it's gone. The common area inside was cleaned every day. Unfortunately, the sidewalk around the building was not. There were a lot of pigeons that were polluting the area. Due to this don't recommend to park your car right next to building. Might seems , that I found more negative things , than positive , but it's not true.

Once inside, the apartment is beautiful and really spacious. The balcony and view are great, along with the huge mirror which makes it feel even bigger. The apartment was clean throughout and had all amenities needed for a long weekend stay. The host was friendly and answered my questions soon after I messaged. Good amount of parking at the compex, and close enough drive to Marbella, Puerto Banus, and the main highways.

The building itself is absolutely awful, and we very nearly turned around and left. It smells and is very dirty and messy. There are a lot of residential apartments here. As a group of women, we felt very unsafe when entering the building as there was always a group of men hanging around the entrance. It's a shame, as once inside the apartment we felt safe. The apartment above is also very noisy, and kept us awake with loud music and furniture being moved into the early hours. Even though it's in a good location to drive to local towns, the surrounding area seemed slightly run down with lots of building work around it. The directions to the apartment weren't very clear as we ended up at a different street with the same name.

So when we check in I wasn’t happy and before I went in I already wanted to leave because building outside is in terrible conditions, it is very dirty and smells, apartment door doesn’t have a number which is weird, we came late and I had already paid for the night so I had to stay. Saying that if you don’t care about the outside it is a very comfortable apartment. The owner has put time to make it nice. It has nice towels, nice bedding, it’s completely and comfortably. Very very clean. She is not stingy with towels or cleaning supplies. Stunning view from apartment. I couldn’t enjoy balcony though because the outside bother me. Parking free. We stayed 3 nights
