Mieszkanie bardzo użyte i zniszczone. Brudno, powierzchownie posprzątane, w trakcie check-in w mieszkaniu nadal wisiały suszące się ręczniki a naczynia były w zmywarce. Taras brudny i nieposprzątany. Szklanek brak, każda z innego zestawu. W łazienkach dwie wanny lecz jeden korek. Miejsce garażowe bardzo małe, zwykły suv ledwo się mieścił o wtedy sąsiad już nie mógł wyjechać lub zaparkować.
