Appartement luxueux 2 min Yumbo

It is very clean and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and equipment you could need, and quite a few basic cooking ingredients. A very comfortable bed, great shower and very fast internet connection. The car parking is secure, with plenty of spaces. A very comfortable place to stay right by Yumbo, I’ve already booked it again.

It took me quite a while to find the place to leave rubbish bags, if you stay here it’s in the car park in the left hand gatehouse. I have already rebooked, so these few things are not major, they could just be improved. The aircon is really effective but has short bursts of quite loud buzzing which sound like a compressor, most noticeable in the bedroom. The bedroom curtains are a little short. The patio chairs are uncomfortable.

During my stay I saw cockroaches several times, which makes impossible me to stay there again

The apartment was done up to a very high standard with great kitchen facilities and aircon in both the bedroom and living area.

The bedroom aircon was slightly noisy but other than that the apartment was fantastic!

Everything you need was there. Great apartment. Not big but big enough for a couple. And location is just perfect if you want to be close to Yumbo . Also nice privacy. I would defo come back and recommend it to my friends.

The love to the details of this apartment left me impressed! The location and the facilities were exceptionally great. I‘ve been staying in a few apartments on vacation but this one was by far the best. The kitchen is fully equipped, the fridge and refrigerator super big. The balcony with pool views, table and chairs. I even got complementary water and a bottle of red wine on my arrival. There were even sun umbrellas I was able to be using at the beach. The car park is located behind the building and is super convenient when you’re exploring the island by car.

I was just missing a description where the rubbish bins are located outside. Other than that I have nothing I didn’t like.

Perfect location behind Yumbo. Apartment equiped with more than everything you need. Modern and comfortable. Perfect communication with host. I've been many times to Maspalomas, and so far this was my favourite place to stay. 10/10.

Apartment was extremely well kitted out with everything you could need for your holiday. Oven and dishwasher were a great bonus made light work of meal times. Great location for all attractions.
