Il punto di forza dell'appartamento è sicuramente il posto auto.

Purtroppo si trova al piano terra con tutte le finestre rivolte su un piccolissimo cortile interno, questo rende la casa buia e un po' umida.

Presente parcheggio recintato per l'auto con cancello. Ottima soluzione per visitare Genova, a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro storico e dal porto antico.

Do facto de ter café para o pequeno almoço, de ter os condimentos básicos para cozinhar (sal, pimenta, açúcar, óleo, etc.) e o estacionamento privativo (embora pago). A comunicação com o anfitrião foi simples e eficiente.

Do facto da casa não ter praticamente luz natural.

Loc de parcare privat, gazda primitoare, frigider mare. Gara se află în apropiere - la vreo 8-10 minute pe jos de locația apartamentului.

Apartamentul nu are lumină naturală (toate ferestrele sunt poziționate pe interiorul blocului). Din același motiv și aerul în casă este destul de închis. O oglindă mare pe hol ar fi excepțională - momentan lipsește (ai oglinda doar în baie dar nu e suficienta).
