Staff was friendly and accommodation was clean

No basic amenities provided plus in my room there were small lights so ambiance was very dull. AC used to make sound at night

Soap Quality should be improved, and blankets as well as mattress should be upgraded

Very close to New Dehli Station, very noisy bustling area which I liked, you get a true taste of New Dehli in this area so if you want a quiet area this is not for you. Room ok and although close to the action the exterior noise when asleep is minimal so did not disturb me.

Dirty and torn sheet on bed when I got there and took 3 reminders to get changed, and get toilet rolls, toiletries are 1 very very small bar of soap, could not get any hot water both morning and night.
