Luxury American RV with Hot Tub

Seclusion, cozy, different

was a lovley property everything you need bed was so comfortable very relaxing

Love the clean bathroom in the cabin. Loads of towels. Milk and coffee machine was a plus. P

When we arrived we had check-in at 4pm it was 4.30 pm before they arrived on site and I had to phone to see where they were. Suzie had tex me at around 2pm to say they had problems with the RV we had booked. I had no WiFi at my dad so I didn't know till I arrived that the shower in the RV was broken. We had been checked in the cabin instead on site which is lovely but it meant we had to still use the RV for my husband to sleep in as not enough beds in the cabin for all of us. This did work well as the cabin had the better bathroom and the bottom bunk was almost ground level so was unable to be used by us as older people. The cabin had no place to cook bacon for sandwiches at breakfast time so this was done in the RV in a saucepan as no frying pan. The fridge in the cabin got stuck so was unable to open when leaving without squeezing one arm in to get our things out. Dogs were lovely but would come in if we're not quick enough to shut the door. The mud was the worst as I had our footwear covered and inside my car was covered in mud. This needs sorting in the winter months as it wasn't fair to expect us to walk through it when extra gravel or paths could of sorting this. When I paid for the holiday I paid for hottub too and yet I still had to pay a extra £20 to use it for one night. This should be made clear not just on a day before arrival. Also booking. Com she say there's a extra charge not included in the price xx RV was not as clean as I hoped and pictures made it look bigger online. Ii really need to book both as space for 4 was limited. My party was myself my husband my daughter and my sister. I also mention before arrival my husband could not share with me as has a snoring problem. But they still thought the cabin was big enough. I glad we got to use the RV too even if the shower was broken. They were very friendly but I do feel I would find somewhere else next time with less mud and more space.

So, upon arrival it turned out the RV we were renting had a leak issue. However the host was simply magnificent. They made sure we understood the situation, and situated us in a cabin they had on site, that would have been an upgrade to the RV i believe (still want to stay in it one day haha). The cabin was exceptional. The cleanlieness was brillian, facilities were great, and the hot tub must have been one of the most relaxing i have ever been in. The way the lighting is set up is also brilliant.

Only issue was potentially finding the place, its not clear on google maps, and the post code takes you to the middle of the road. But we gave them a call and again, they couldnt be more helpful. Got us sorted right quick.

Overall stay was great. Lovely welcome on arrival. We'll worth the visit and experience. Suzie the host was very nice and approachable if you have any concerns or questions. Will be back again soon !
