Nothing to think of

Vi hade en helt fantastisk vecka i detta underbara hus! Vi var 7st (2 vuxna med 5 ungdomar) och allt flöt på hur bra som helst, alla bekvämligheter fanns, det var ingenting som saknades. Behövde vi hjälp eller fråga om något så fanns Vjenceslav (”Mr fix”) alltid tillgänglig och var otroligt serviceminded och hjälpsam! Ett extra plus var såklart den fantastiska utsikten! Kunde inte varit bättre helt enkelt!

Accessen till huset var en utmaning då det ligger väldigt brant, framförallt med en minibuss som vi hade, men samtidigt får man räkna med det för att kunna få den utsikt man hade😊.

Wonderful villa, fully equipped and multi-level so you can change the setting multiple times a day and feel relaxed. Really close to the coastline, quiet and at the edge of the natural park. Absolutely everything needed for the kitchen and as well as great grilling facilities on the top floor. Really relaxing and luxurious!

We had an amazing one week at the Julian Villa 💙 The House is beautiful, we found everything what we need for the days. The kitchen equipped with everything, the separated bathroom for almost all of rooms make very comfortable our stay!  If you choose this incredible place to stay, you dont need bring anything, just your personal stuffs.  The pool and the view.. breathtaking. During the cooking we always lost in the seaview from the kitchen through the big windows.  The location for us was the perfect. The villa is in a small street, the end of Okrug Gornji. Nobody bother us under our vacation, very quite place.  The owner and Mr Fix were very very helpful, every question we have we got answer very quick.  We were there 3 generation, and really…. Everybody enjoyed and loved it!!  My all respect that the owner sacrifice so much for comfort!  Otherwise about 100m and there is a small Beach, and not too crowded. Trogir citycentre about 8-10mins by car, the big beach, less.  Im sure, if we ll go back to Trogir, we ll book this house again! 💙 Thanks for everything,  Monika&Andras and our family

Location and view were superb. The villa itself was in fabulous condition, very comfortable and the pool sublime. Lovely welcome fruit and fizz. Mr Fix who looks after the property was helpful and attentive, first class service.

WiFi was intermittent, would love for it to be stronger and more stable, but it is a little niggle

The villa is just superb on so many levels. First, the villa on its own and the location and view is just mesmerizing. The neighborhood is quiet. Having breakfast and coffee on the roof terrace whilst watching all the sail boats pass by on the Adriatic Sea below, is indeed tranquility and a perfect start on the day. We rented a car at the airport at arrival. It takes 15-20 minutes going from the airport to the villa. Going from the villa and into e.g. Trogir is just 12-14 minutes. Most of the days before breakfast we walked to Tommys Maximarket and a local bakery thereafter to buy fresh bread. If your normally fit, you’ll walk from the villa to the bakery and maxi market in 18-20 minutes. Not a too shabby way to start the day and getting the blood flowing, before you walk back to the villa and enjoy the fantastic infinity pool. The pool is large, and the tiles selected for the pool shimmer subtle in direct sunlight. Never seen before. It gives the pool that extra luxury feeling. The rest of the villa is also perfect. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has all the tools and appliances you can ever need for making your own food. The view from the living room/kitchen makes home cooking a blast, enjoying the view to the sea and listening to your favorite music from the living room speakers. When it comes the owners/hosts they were all friendly and service minded when we booked the villa and arrived. If you should ever need to get in contact with them, for whatever reason, they’ll help you. This was the first time we rented “Villa Julian”, but it’s definitively not the last. Highly recommended villa, location, facilities, owners, and host.
