An electricity usage fee of THB 5 per electrical unit during the guests’ stay. Please be informed that the rates are inclusive of the following services: • Cleaning once per week (Additional cleaning services may be requested for an extra charge) • Maintenance of the swimming pool and garden • Drinking water and water usage fees • Towels and bed linen The property requires a prepayment via Paypal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the Paypal link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. An early check-in and late check-out can be arranged (subject to availability) upon request for an additional charge. Please note that a late check-in fee applies for those arriving after 18:00 hrs. .Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
