Own building lovely to stay in felt comfortable

Jyst needs to be explained that it's in back garden of house so don't feel lost but very lovey place no jokes loved it

Very clean property, boiler worked very quickly but give it an hour for a very good shower

Very clean property, boiler worked very quickly but give it an hour for a very good shower... but very very hard to find - no signs to point you to enter what feels like a "random" back garden. Also WiFi password doesn't work.

"Avoid con man"

Nothing. I left after the first night and was told I would be refunded. This hasn't happened due to his misinformation from the host. Be wary he is denying saying he would contact booking.com,now saying I had to contact them. Total conman

Kitchen is a microwave and fridge, not even a toaster, no cooker, no sink no surface for prep. Not even a coat hook or drawer for clothes. Grossly inadequate. Can't have heating and hot water at the same time or it fused. Location like a maze. Totally inadequate in all ways. I left after the first night but paid for 4 nights.

"Lovely stay!"

Very attentive and quick to reply with any queries. Very comfortable bed and extra bedding provided. Clean and modern interior. Microwave and fridge was an added bonus due to working away from home! Would definitely stay again :)

The only thing I would say is the electric heating not working (however the shower was lovely and warm). The extra bedding helped at night but was cold.
