"Unhygienic room condition, broken mattress"

Room was not clean , towel they provided was smelly instead of hand towel they gave tissue papers to use, no toiletries in bathroom , mattress was in poor condition it was broken from the middle and sunken not at all comfortable while sleeping No lift in the building and it was never mentioned any where there will be no lift not on booking.com as well There are moulds and fungus on wall unhygienic room conditions
