Engañoso el tema de tasa de limpieza. No te lo incluye el precio y te cobran 60€ extra. Además te exigen en metálico 400€ en efectivo a la llegada, lo que considero abusivo porque tardan 15dias en devolverte el importe

Location was great - apartment was big - BUT…….

My stay here was completely ruined by the unethical behaviour of the hosts. From the beginning, they were misleading about the property and their communication was evasive and unhelpful. In particular, Isabella, the GM (General Manager or Grumpy Manager?) of GH4U, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Phone calls were cut short or ignored, messages were not returned, and WhatsApp texts went unanswered. This made dealing with even simple issues incredibly frustrating, and showed a complete lack of respect for guests. I then end dealing with a guy called Mat who claims he ‘only’ works there, who started out as helpful and then turned into the same nasty, frustrating, aggressive, evasive Isabella (who I’ve since found out is his wife). Funny that!!!! It is also telling that when you look at other negative reviews for this property, the management’s standard response is not to take responsibility but instead to attack the guest - claiming they were “one of the worst customers they’ve ever had” and even suggesting they be blocked from Booking.com. This is a clear attempt to deflect blame rather than address the repeated, genuine complaints. I can guarantee you that had I not included this in my review, that they would be attacking me similarly for writing this scathing review. On top of this, hidden deep within the Booking.com listing, is the requirement for a €400 security bond and a €60 cleaning fee. The €400 is only returned after 14 days. It has to be cash & the 14 days is ‘working days’ meaning you are €400 out of pocket for up to 3 full weeks. They told me if I supplied PayPal or a Portuguese bank account number, we would get it back sooner, so I gave them a Portuguese bank account, but alas this did not happen as we waited 19 days to get it back. This ‘condition’ has clearly misled almost every guest who has booked thru booking.com as nearly every review mentions it.

El apartamento muy bonito, reformado, bien equipado y espacioso. Ubicación muy cerca de la playa y con servicios cerca (supermercados, restaurantes...).

Dificultad para aparcamiento, dentro de zona de pago, tuvimos que alquilar a parte plaza de garaje, que nos proporcionó el alojamiento, pero es un gasto adicional que hay que tener en cuenta. También se cobra a parte la limpieza 60 € y una fianza de 400€ (tardan en devolverla nada menos que 15 días) ,en mi opinión excesiva, ambos en efectivo, no sé si es lo habitual en la zona, pero eso no nos gustó.
