the location is good and well connected to the city cente. The view is extraordinary. The apartment is spacious. The hosts are super friendly, well informative, helpful, communicative.

The description was misleading. It was not mentioned that it is shared with the host + another guest. If it was clearly mentioned in the post, we would have opted out. Edit: Since the portal doesn't allow conversation threads, I have to add the reply here. To the host: You probably missed the good points that I mentioned and focused only on the negatives. Anyways, I will try to explain you again. The offer was "shared" apartment without any details of the setup. As a frequent traveller, our first impression was shared with other guests. If it is shared with the host and there is a child in the picture, that information MUST be shared in advance. We have the RIGHT TO KNOW in advance that the place is shared between 6-7people including a kid. I'm NOT THE FIRST ONE to point these discrepancies, so, just own up the mistake and try to be more transparent in future instead of bashing your guests in public. And again about refund, you need to be more informed about your offer. It clearly stated non-refundable and under any circumstances I won't get any refund. So, NO, REFUND WAS NOT POSSIBLE.

Great hosts Amazing views Great price Easy to reach from the city center with the bus

The room is in the nice neighborhood, near ski center. It has a great view. We came with a car and has also parking spot. It is a little bit far from the city center but the city is available with the public transport. Host were really kind and they helped us with everything we asked.
