One of rare cases when reality is better than pictures! Great attention to details in making guests really welcome and the stay in the apartment super comfortable! Parking is just outside on the street for 25€ per week.

La posizione centrale , la comodità e i comfort offerti dalla casa rendono davvero piacevole la vacanza. La cucina e ben fornita di pentole di vario genere ed utensili,super gentile Maria Vittoria che ci ha fatto trovare bevande fresche, cialde del caffè e marmellatine in omaggio. La camera da letto al secondo piano si raggiunge con una scala interna tipica delle case del 500( si perché questa casetta è originaria di quell'epoca ) quindi con gradini un po alti ma cmq comoda e sicura , la casa è stata infatti ammodernata con ottimo gusto.Anche il bagno è spazioso ed è disponibile una lavasciuga.Il parcheggio è disponibile praticamente di fronte a casa, sarebbe a pagamento 8€ al giorno, ma facendo l'abbonamento settimanale con Mover si risparmia molto. Facendo una bella passeggiata di 10 minuti si raggiunge il porto e l'adiacente bellissima passeggiata lungo mare. Davvero una bella vacanza, consigliatissimo.

The facilities are very well provided, basically we have everything. it’s like stay at home. It is located in the middle of the train station and the beach. Just 15 minutes walk we can either arrive at the beach or the train station.

The location is just beside a main road. It is a bit noisy even during the night.

It is a super cute house, really close to the centre and the beach, like 10-15 minutes walk only. Free parking is 5 minutes away on foot. The house is beautifully renovated, well-equipped, it has everything you could need! We spent here the Christmas holidays with our two dogs. There's a dog park across the street which is really handy. Also, there were some gifts left for as at arrival and the the host left us plenty of information about the area and parking which was a nice gesture and helpful. 100% recommend it, we also plan to return in the future! Thank you for the nice experience!

Lovely, modern property in a central location in Viareggio. 15mins walk from train station. Property was well equipped, clean and homely. Bed was comfy and aircon was amazing. Not far from amenities. Suited us perfectly for our trip and was good value.

A couple of areas: - WiFi was not reliable - had to troubleshoot this everyday. - Due to the hot weather, there was an issue with ants coming through under the door - noted to be an issue but not informed prior. Unfortunate but did impact on quality of stay.

Cosy appartment, found everything we need to live here for a longer time. Comfortable beds, full equiped kitchen, washing mashine, small gifts in the fridge and etc Very friendly owner, thank you once again. Highly recomend

Perfect for families or couples. High chair and baby utensils. So many small details taken care of like trash bags, sleeping masks, shampoo a d body wash, dishwasher soap etc. Owner was so super friendly and responsive.
